Travel CT Technologist - $2,367 per week

Fusion Medical Staffing‑Radiology is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 15‑week assignment in Washington, Missouri. Job Details Position: Travel CT Technologist Start Date: ASAP Duration: 15 weeks Hours: 40 per week (8‑hour days) Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities Operate CT equipment to produce cross‑sectional images of bones, organs, and tissue for diagnostic purposes. Prepare patients for procedures, explain imaging process, and position patients appropriately. Set appropriate technical parameters to accurately demonstrate anatomy and pathology. Provide high‑quality images to radiologist for interpretation. Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies to ensure patient and staff safety. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CT equipment to ensure proper functionality. Document patient information, imaging parameters, and procedural details accurately in the hospital’s system. Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver timely diagnostic services. Adapt to different CT equipment and protocols across various healthcare facilities. Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of CT Tech practice. Required Qualifications One year of recent experience as a CT Technologist. Valid radiology license in compliance with state regulations. Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC). Preferred Qualifications Current ARRT certification. Other certifications and licenses that may be required for this position. Required Essential Skills Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills. Reading, writing, and communicating in English. Ability to read/comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and proficiency in PC skills. Physical Abilities – Remain in stationary position, move about, move equipment (50–100 lbs), push, pull, and bend. Interpersonal Skills – Work effectively with a variety of personnel with a positive attitude and professionalism. Technical/Motor Skills – Perform fine manipulation, push/pull, and move about when assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment. Mental Requirements – Handle frequent contact with the public, meet deadlines under pressure, work under close supervision occasionally and without assistance, manage irregular activity schedules, and maintain continuous concentration to detail.
