What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be the go-to problem solver for facilities and equipment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Responding promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests with professionalism and urgency
• Troubleshooting and repairing issues in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
• Maintaining accurate logs of repairs, inspections, and inventory
• Assisting with room turns, furniture moves, and minor renovations
• Ensuring safety standards and cleanliness in all work areas
• Coordinating with vendors and contractors when needed

Requirements

What You Bring

• Proven experience in hotel or commercial property maintenance

• Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems

• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues independently

• Strong communication and time management skills

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts

• Physical ability to lift, bend, climb ladders, and operate tools safely
