Clerk, Accounts Payable

Overview The position: Do you have a strong interest in accounting, the ability to handle multiple tasks and details simultaneously, and exceptional customer service skills?As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will hold a critical position in the company by making sure we are staying up to date on all of our bills!In this position you will do things like: Work in office 40 hours per week Review and verify all invoices forappropriate approval Scan and enter invoices into accounting system Review vendor statements and work with vendors to research and correct differences Mail checks to vendors Other assigned duties What makes you successful: A successful Accounts Payable Clerk needs to have A strong interest inAccounting, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Experience with Microsoft Office products and other computer skills, A high degreeof accuracy and attention to detail, Data entry skills Who we are: The Clyde Companies have been around for 100 years.
