Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment and Placement)

Help

Submit requisitions into automated systems to clear special programs in the recruitment process.

Work with HR systems such as USA Staffing, Fully Automated System for Classification (FASCLASS), Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS), Employee Management Processing and Recruitment System (EMPReS), etc., to process personnel actions.

Use the Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS) automated system to build applicant records and code actions.

Utilize published Federal, Department of War, or local pay setting guides in order to set pay correctly in a variety of situations.

Inform your Lead and/or manager of a significant problem regarding an Human Resources (HR) process and work together to find an optimal solution.

Provide Human Resources guidance to management to assist with staffing actions.
