Field Learning & Onboarding Specialist - Flexible Hours

Factor_ is seeking a Field Learning Specialist to design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training for kitchen and fulfillment staff across our three operations facilities in Illinois. You will identify gaps and build execution plans to elevate team performance. You will facilitate hands-on instruction, partner with leaders to align curricula, and manage training events from planning to evaluation, ensuring employees master standard processes. #J-18808-Ljbffr Factor_
