Junior Corporate Associate Attorney
Responsibilities:
- Advise startups and emerging growth companies on corporate matters and transactions
- Support seed, venture capital, growth equity, and private equity financings
- Assist with M&As, public offerings, and underwritings
- Draft and review transaction documents
- Work alongside senior attorneys and clients throughout the deal process
Qualifications:
- JD (2024/2025 class)
- Prior large law firm experience
- Experience with growth equity or private equity
- Experience with startups, emerging companies, and venture capital clients
- Admission to state bar preferred
