Digital Tech Program Lead Analyst – Tampa, Florida Citibank, N.A. seeks a Digital Tech Program Lead Analyst for its Tampa, Florida location. Duties Lead requirement gathering and business value assessments with stakeholders, documenting functional and technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Analyze, design, and implement technology solutions. Provide product ownership: define system enhancements, prioritize backlogs, and ensure technical delivery meets compliance objectives. Direct and coordinate projects, including budgeting, forecasting, dependency tracking, risk identification, and change management. Coordinate the testing life cycle—unit, integration, and user acceptance testing—and coordinate bug resolution with development and quality assurance teams. Collaborate with engineering teams to develop technical AML solutions using Oracle, Data Warehouse, and create AML dashboards and ad‑hoc reports with Excel or BI tools such as Business Objects or MicroStrategy. Telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite per Citi policies. Requirements Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 6 years of progressively responsible post‑baccalaureate experience as a Senior System Analyst, Product Owner, Senior Business Analyst, Technology System Consultant, Manager‑Business Consultant, Senior Consultant, Analyst Programmer, Technology Analyst, or a related position involving analysis, design, and implementation of technology solutions. Experience with gap analysis, requirement definition, backlog prioritization, ensuring solutions align with business objectives, and coordinating global programs. Management of stakeholders, coordination of requirements, testing, and deployment across regions, with IT compliance alignment. Proficiency in banking domain knowledge and technical skills such as Oracle, Data Warehouse, and Business Intelligence tools to translate compliance requirements to technical solutions.
