What you'll do Manage the social media content calendar by scheduling approved posts, maintaining consistency, and ensuring content is published according to the planned schedule. Assist with basic marketing research on competitors, industry trends, and target customers. Ensure scheduled content follows company brand guidelines, messaging, and overall marketing direction. Help with email marketing campaigns (building lists, scheduling sends, reviewing performance). Assist with marketing research, prospect research, and identifying new business opportunities. Support outbound outreach efforts through email, LinkedIn, and phone. Qualifications Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. A proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership in their work. Comfortable speaking with new people and building professional relationships.
