Position Overview

We are looking for outgoing, driven, and coachable individuals to join our team as Entry Level Sales / Brand Ambassadors . In this role, you will represent VESTA REMODELING through door-to-door outreach and in-home consultations , helping homeowners explore remodeling solutions. This is a great fit for those who enjoy engaging with people and want to grow with a rising company.

What We Offer

• Competitive pay structure

Entry-level reps typically earn $50,000–$80,000+ , with top performers earning $120,000–$150,000+ annually .

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door canvassing to generate new leads.
• Deliver in-home consultations and professional sales presentations.
• Educate homeowners on remodeling options and available services.
• Follow up with prospects and close sales.
• Attend training sessions and maintain communication with leadership.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with meeting new people from all walks of life, and communicating the positive impact of our brand.
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
• Must be able to commute to job locations.
• No experience required—training provided!

Compensation

This is a ROLE with uncapped earning potential through commissions plus daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly bonuses.
