Quality Receiving Inspector

Adecco is assisting a local Manufacturer who is seeking a Quality Receiving Inspector in the Seabrook, NH area! This is a temp-to-hire position offering additional incentives and overtime! Schedule / Pay Monday – Friday from 8:30AM – 5:00PM - $21/HR Essential Job Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities Receive incoming goods and verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders. Perform visual and dimensional inspections using precision measuring tools. Verify part specifications and ensure compliance with quality standards. Match shipments to associated purchase orders and confirm all information is accurate. Enter receiving and inspection data into the ERP system. Maintain inventory records and update vendor order information. Prepare, label, and organize received materials for inventory storage. Provide appropriate documentation to accounting and other departments as needed. Necessary Skills, Background & Competencies Ability to accurately sort, count, and verify received materials. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to convert units of measurement and interpret specifications. Experience using calipers, micrometers, rulers, and other precision measuring equipment. Strong data entry and computer skills. Required Education/Certification High school diploma or equivalent required Physical Requirements Must be able to complete various activities in a warehouse environment that may require hours of lifting, standing, and carrying Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds Use carts, dollies, and other gear to move items around Pay Details: $21.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
