Manager, Vendor Management

Responsibilities Lead Core IT’s vendor management function, accountable for vendor performance and relationship management. Translate contracts and statements of work into measurable service expectations and performance reporting. Establish and run vendor governance (QBRs/MBRs, executive reviews, escalation paths) to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. Define and maintain performance measurement and reporting (scorecards, dashboards, metrics) across service, cost, risk, and value. Partner with IT domain leaders to align vendor deliverables and roadmaps with business and Core IT priorities. Collaborate with Purchasing to support sourcing strategies, renewals, negotiations, and contract changes. Lead or coordinate escalations for significant vendor issues, ensuring root cause analysis and corrective actions. Identify and deliver vendor optimization opportunities. Build, mentor, and lead the vendor management team and a virtual network of vendor leads. Requirements Bachelors degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 10+ years of experience in IT vendor management, sourcing, account management, or IT service management in a medium to large enterprise. 5+ years of leadership experience. Experience negotiating and managing or supporting large, complex IT vendors. Demonstrated experience improving vendor performance, risk posture, or cost/value. Ability to analyze and synthesize financial, operational, and contractual data. Strong communication and issue-resolution skills in an enterprise environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
