Sigma Systems is currently looking for a Business Support Specialist to work onsite at its client's location in Athens, GA Position Overview:

Client is seeking a Business Support Specialist to provide administrative and operational support to the regional business unit. The successful candidate will work within established processes and systems to ensure efficient day-to-day administrative operations.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with Microsoft Office applications, and able to manage administrative responsibilities in a professional business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the regional operations team.
• Follow standardized processes, procedures, and established systems.
• Provide day-to-day business and administrative support to internal teams.
• Manage communications and scheduling using tools such as Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Assist with routine business support activities and operational coordination.
• Work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to ensure administrative needs are met.
• Utilize available technology and business systems to improve efficiency and productivity.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge and confident use of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
• Ability to follow established processes and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Concur.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or other AI productivity tools.
• Previous administrative, business support, or office operations experience.

Education & Experience

Candidates should meet one of the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with no prior professional experience required, or
• High school diploma/GED with 3 years of relevant experience.
