Senior Financial Analyst

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a key role within the G&A FP&A team, supporting the financial planning and analysis needs of Corporate Finance. You will partner with finance, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to provide insightful financial analysis, support planning cycles, and help drive business performance. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing budgets, forecasts, and monthly outlooks, maintaining performance metrics, and clearly communicating business drivers and variances to stakeholders. You will also support ad hoc analysis and contribute to the company's growth and operational effectiveness. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, G&A FP&A.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading FP&A support for Corporate including Capex & Depreciation, Business Taxes, Insurance, allocation rules, and GAAP one-time items, ensuring accurate planning, forecasting, and reporting for these areas
• Working with the accounting team to support timely and accurate month-end and quarter-end close reporting
• Supporting the financial planning processes, including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly outlooks
• Preparing and analyzing monthly and quarterly management review materials
• Conducting scenario modeling, ad hoc financial analysis, and business case support for new initiatives and investments
• Monitoring and analyzing key financial metrics and business drivers; identifying and explaining budget/forecast variances
• Contributing to continuous improvements in forecast accuracy and financial processes

The job designation is hybrid, requiring a minimum of two days per week in the office.

Basic requirements include:

• BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related field
• Experience in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and planning within a dynamic environment
• Experience with Google Sheets and Excel; experience building and maintaining complex financial models

Preferred qualifications include:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly
• Self-starter with strong initiative and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with partners at all levels of the organization
• Familiarity with Google Suite and financial planning systems (e.g., Oracle, Adaptive Insights, Tableau)

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
