You: Yes You! We are looking for skilled and organized Contact Center Coordinator to join our team. Your position will perform a combination of front-line administrative duties. Administrative responsibilities include:

• Answer and screen large volume of calls
• Take messages and process appropriately utilizing clinical EMR phone notes and flag system
• Utilize Tiger Text for sending encrypted text messages to physicians and other staff
• Update demographic information in computer as appropriate
• Schedule patients utilizing clinical EMR

Your experience: Our mission is excellence in Urology, that is what we require:

• HS diploma/GED required
• Minimum of one-year experience as a medical front office professional
• EHR knowledge, CPS preferred
• Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instructions

• Ability to operate office equipment computer, copier, fax etc.
• Comfortable using email and interacting with Internet applications, knowledge of word processing software Microsoft Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven success asking for payment, making change, and balancing
• Bilingual in English and Spanish. Preferred.
