Clinical Nurse - PACU and Interventional Radiology

Role Overview Provides direct patient care in a fast-paced PACU environment, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to develop and communicate individualized care plans, ensuring patient safety and quality care. Educates patients and families on post-treatment care, medication management, and recovery needs. Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural considerations. Works in a safety-sensitive position requiring alertness and adherence to safety protocols.
