Strategic Account Manager – Arlington, TX Position Overview: Manage key customer relationships and drive revenue growth for our strategic accounts. Responsibilities Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes that meet monthly business objectives while actively acquiring new business and maintaining established distribution. Manage multiple accounts, ensuring a high level of customer retention and satisfaction. Identify development potential in accounts by studying current business; interviewing key customer personnel and company personnel who have worked with the customer. Initiate the sales process by building relationships; qualifying potential; scheduling appointments; and driving the initial presentation. Develop new applications by preparing specifications, conferring with product engineering, and presenting new products and services. Close sales by overcoming objections, preparing contracts, and contributing to sales strategies by evaluating current product results and identifying needs to be filled. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and maintaining personal networks and professional organizations.
