We're looking for a Housekeeping Inspector with a sharp eye, a passion for quality, and the drive to lead our housekeeping team to the next level! You’ll play a vital role in delivering the clean, comfortable, and flawless experience our guests rave about. What You'll Be Doing Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and presentation Ensure all rooms meet brand and quality standards before guest check-in Coach and motivate room attendants to achieve excellence Report and follow up on maintenance and service needs Maintain housekeeping supply levels and inventory Assist with training new team members Support the Executive Housekeeper with scheduling and team coordination Jump in to clean when needed—you're not afraid to lead by example! Qualifications Previous housekeeping experience required; prior inspector/supervisor experience preferred High attention to detail—nothing gets past you!
