- Manage HR communications (mail, phone, email), route inquiries, and oversee office/kitchen supply inventories.
- Maintain personnel, benefits, and medical files in strict compliance with confidentiality and company policies.
- Handle documentation and record updates for new hires, promotions, and terminations.
- Process invoices, vouchers, and monthly donations (e.g., United Way) via the AP system, and support payroll audits.
- Administer employee programs (scholarships, tuition, service awards), follow up on missing benefit designations, and track deadlines.
- Assist with compliance reporting (BLS), support company safety and wellness initiatives, and coordinate special HR projects.
