- # Manager, Product ManagementApply: Atlanta-GA-US: Full time: Posted Today: R26005087**Preferred Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.* 8+ years of product management experience, including experience in product development and systems deployments.* Project management experience.* Familiarity with agile software development practices and methodologies.**Job Summary**Leads a team of product and user experience associates in developing customer-centric product experiences using agile software development practices. Manages the execution of product initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.**Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities*** Leads and develops a team of product managers and user experience professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive successful execution.* Manages product roadmaps, ensuring prioritization aligns with business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility.* Drives the full product lifecycle for assigned products, from planning and design to launch and iteration.* Collaborates with business stakeholders and technology teams to translate product vision into actionable initiatives.* Monitors key performance metrics to assess product success and identify opportunities for improvement.* Ensures adherence to agile methodologies and modern product development practices to enhance speed and quality.* Facilitates cross-functional collaboration to remove roadblocks and ensure timely product delivery.* Gathers and incorporates user feedback to refine products and enhance the customer experience.**Nature and Scope*** Solutions require analysis and investigation.* Achieves planned results by decisions and actions based on professional methods, business principles, and practical experience.* Manages a group or team of professional individual contributors and/or indirectly supervises support staff.**Work Environment*** Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.* Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.* Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.**Education and Experience*** Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification.
