What You'll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a busy Level III NICU with 10 beds
• Manage care for high-acuity newborns requiring intensive monitoring and treatment
• Support daily coverage in a 20-bed newborn nursery
• Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and overall treatment coordination
• Support newborns from admission through stabilization and discharge
• Contribute to delivering high-quality, patient-centered neonatal care in a community-based setting

What You Need

• Georgia RN license and Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification
• Prior experience or strong interest in neonatal intensive care preferred
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts as needed
• Residency within the immediate area (relocation may be required)
