Director Campaign Development Chapter Lead

This role leads a Campaign Development Lead chapter at a pharmaceutical company, overseeing team development, standardizing campaign processes, and managing resource allocation across therapeutic areas. The Director is responsible for coaching talent, ensuring high-quality campaign delivery, and driving operational excellence in a newly unified marketing structure.

Responsibilities

• Provide chapter leadership through coaching, performance management, and day-to-day people leadership
• Drive standardization of campaign development processes and maintain quality consistency across the chapter
• Manage CDL resource allocation model and forecast, balancing capacity with brand demand and priorities
• Develop and maintain annual CDL training plans aligned with marketing evolution and capability gaps
• Oversee campaign escalation reviews and coordinate with business units on go-to-market alignment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
• At least 8 years of campaign development, brand marketing, or healthcare marketing experience
• Proven people leadership experience coaching and managing marketing professionals
• Deep expertise in campaign scenarios, channel strategy, messaging, taxonomy, and modular content
• Strong resource planning, forecasting, and capacity-versus-demand management skills
• Demonstrated ability to standardize processes and maintain consistent standards across teams
• Effective stakeholder leadership across business units, brands, agencies, and compliance partners
