As a RE, you will build relationships with insurance professionals and communicate with property owners the expectations to build the structure back to its original form./ph3Team Compensation and Benefits/h3pCompetitive salary (between $70,000-$85,000 based on experience) Health insurance Paid holidays (7 paid holidays) Paid time off (13 PTO days to start) Use of company issued vehicle during working hours Leadership development and training opportunities to advance your career/ph3Role on the Team (Job Functions)/h3ulliWrite detailed restoration estimates using Xactimate and Symbility/liliPrepare estimates for both restoration projects and remodeling projects/liliClearly communicate expectations with project manager and adjuster, onsite as needed/liliPerform on-site inspections to develop an accurate scope of work/liliCommunicate with insurance adjusters regarding pricing, scope, and revisions/liliDocument with photos, measurements, and detailed notes to support estimates/liliEnsure estimates comply with insurance carrier guidelines and industry standards/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliMinimum of 5 years experience writing estimates for restoration projects (resulting from fire and water damage) and remodeling projects/liliStrong proficiency in Xactimate and Symbility is a must/liliExperience working with insurance carriers and adjusters/liliStrong written and verbal communication skills/liliMust be able to manage multiple projects and work independently/liliHighly organized and professional/li/ulh3Are You Paul Davis?/h3pWorking Conditions and Physical Requirements: The physical environment requires the employee to work all types of both indoor and outdoor conditions. Frequently required to use personal protective equipment, having ability to stand or walk, occasionally bending, squatting, climbing stairs and lifting up to 50 pounds.
