We are looking for interns who are eager to learn, grow, and sharpen their strategic and analytical skills alongside leaders across Finance. You can expect to: Analyze complex business problems and issues using data to provide insight to decision-makers Identify and interpret trends and patterns based on business data and market knowledge Construct and present forecasts, recommendations, and strategic/tactical plans to stakeholders and leaders Create specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements. first-year, full-time MBA students

(expected graduation Spring 2028) at accredited U.S. business schools who bring the following skills and background: 3–5 years of professional experience in areas such as financial planning & analysis, corporate development, management consulting, private equity, investment banking, or business operations Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to define and execute projects independently Strong relationship-building skills with various internal and external stakeholders Clear, persuasive written and verbal communication, including presenting to senior leaders (e.g., the Chief Financial Officer or a VP of Finance) Robust quantitative skills and experience analyzing complex data to deliver actionable recommendations Experience with SQL, financial modeling, data analysis and visualization (Tableau or similar tools) AI fluency and sound AI judgment: you know how to apply AI effectively to the work and projects in front of you, and when not to Ability to manage your time and adapt to changing priorities Interest in high-growth, technology, or hospitality companies Authorization to work in the United States Preferred but not required: Experience conducting industry research and due diligence How to apply: In addition to a resume, please submit a cover letter that addresses the following: why Airbnb, why you are interested in Strategic Finance & Analytics, how this internship aligns with your long-term career goals, and how your background meets the expertise requirements listed above. Pay Rate:
