Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Associate role based in Vancouver, BC. The Associate will support key aspects of project development, including market research, financial analysis, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities include preparing detailed reports, analyzing investment opportunities, collaborating across teams, and ensuring the effective execution of projects. The Associate will also contribute to the management and tracking of project timelines and deliverables, while providing actionable recommendations to optimize outcomes. Qualifications Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including financial modeling and data analysis Proficiency in research, strategic planning, and problem‑solving Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including report preparation Team collaboration and stakeholder management experience Detail‑oriented with an ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Proficiency with relevant tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software Knowledge or experience in investment, infrastructure, or venture capital is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields required.
