Turn prospects into happy residents by understanding what prospects are looking for in their home and their community and by guiding them through the application process. Market & Shine! Use creative strategies to spread the word about our properties through social media, local events, and marketing campaigns. Support & Solve! Be a go-to resource for residents, addressing questions and concerns while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Be a Team Player! Work in conjunction with the Property Management team to meet the leasing and renewal goals for the property. What You’ll Bring to the Team: You’re passionate about helping people find their next home. You’re an excellent communicator with a knack for building relationships and making people feel at ease. You have a sales-driven mindset and follow through on every lead. You’re tech-savvy and can easily navigate property management software and social media platforms. You’re detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask like a pro.
