Service Advisor

Service Advisor Position : Gordie Boucher Village Ford of Thiensville is looking to hire a Service Advisor. Job duties include determining automotive problems and services by listening to customer descriptions of symptoms, clarifying problem descriptions, conducting inspections, taking test drives, checking vehicle maintenance records, examining service schedules, preparing repair orders that describe symptoms, problems, and causes, obtaining approval signatures, and entering the service order into the database. A clean driving record and drug test are required. Responsibilities Determine automotive problems and services. Clarify the description of problems. Maintain a clean driving record and pass a drug test. Requirements Equipment maintenance and product knowledge. Motivated self‑starter, outgoing, proactive, willing to learn. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with a positive attitude. CDK experience preferred. Commitment to top‑rated CSI standards and world‑class customer service.
