Construction Project Manager

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Project Manager to join our client in the Triad area of NC – the successful candidate will be a mid to senior-level Construction Project Manager with experience within an established commercial General Contractor - you will also have experience in ground-up / base building projects. Requirements A minimum of 3 years of progressive construction experience as a Project Manager within a General Contractor. Ground Up / Base Building project experience Experience using Project Management Software, such as Procore or Prolog. OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 required within first year of hire. Solid written and verbal communication skills.
