Job Title: General Production Worker Job Description

Join our team in creating safety fabric liners for construction job sites. In this role, you will handle materials, assemble accessories, and operate machinery to weld materials using high heat and pressure. You will also package and prepare orders for shipment, count fabric pieces, cut them to custom lengths, and heat steam them together. Attention to detail and basic math skills are essential, as some panels require up to 40 pieces of fabric.

• Handle and pull materials for production.
• Operate machines to weld materials using heat and pressure.
• Assemble accessories and ensure proper packaging of products.
• Count and cut fabric pieces to custom lengths, then heat steam them together.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and shipment preparation.

• High attention to detail.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Experience in production or warehouse environments.

• Experience with material handling, inventory, forklift operation, packing, loading, unloading, saw operation, RF scanner, and shipping.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Work in a small team of approximately 10 people, distributing customized insulation for metal buildings and pole barns. Be comfortable working around fiberglass insulation in a company that mainly serves cold storage solutions.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, WA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
