AP Accounting Representative

This role is in Textron System's Finance business area.

Responsibilities: Individual will support accounts payable with invoice processing, invoice payments and discrepancy resolution; which includes the review of invoices for reasonableness, allocability and allowability prior to obtaining coding and approvals for appropriate individuals. Individual will also respond to supplier e-mails, assist with 1099s and with other assignments as needed.

Qualifications:

• Professional oral and written communication skills
• Able to conduct self in a professional manner with internal and external contacts
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient Excel spreadsheet and Microsoft word processing software skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and company policies without deviating
• Basic knowledge of the job responsibilities derived from on the job experience
• Basic knowledge of accounting and finance
• Minimum 2 years Accounts Payable experience preferred

Textron's compensation package includes competitive base pay and provides eligible employees with benefit programs. The pay range should be used as a general guide only. Compensation is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. In compliance with the local pay transparency law, the pay range for this position is $44,300-$64,900 per year.
