Senior Technology Training Specialist

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience developing and delivering instructor-led training for commercial or proprietary software i.e M365 or D365 using adult learning principles.
• Strong project management and training-development skills, including the ability to plan, track, and deliver high-quality technical training.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Camtasia, Articulate 360, Vyond, or similar training-development tools.
• Experience creating technical documentation such as Quick Reference Cards, Quick Reference Guides, and web content.
