Marketing Operations Manager

Leads global brand and franchise marketing strategy for Paramount's Products & Experiences division. Serves as the central coordination team across franchises, partners, and cross-functional initiatives. Drives alignment, collaboration, and strategic planning across brand and marketing activities.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage brand/marketing templates: one-sheets, go-to-market plans, brand plans.
• Build and manage marketing processes, project timelines, milestone tracking.
• Coordinate review and approval workflows for marketing materials.
• Develop presentation and pitch decks for licensees, retailers, milestone meetings.
• Maintain and update brand calendars.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with retail teams, licensing teams, marketing stakeholders.
• Support retail sell-in and licensing initiatives.

Requirements:

Experience:

• 5+ years in brand management, franchise marketing/management, licensing, marketing operations.

Skills:

• Strong PowerPoint/presentation creation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong organization and multitasking ability.
• Ability to manage timelines and processes.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
• Strong MS Office skills: PowerPoint, Excel, Word.

Education:
