Senior Loan Originator - CMBS

We are partnering with a top-tier global financial institution to identify a Senior Loan Originator to lead commercial real estate lending efforts across a high-growth platform in Dallas. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive originations through a market-leading wealth management network , providing differentiated access to deal flow and relationships across the region. The Opportunity This is a highly visible, revenue-generating role focused on originating, structuring, and executing CMBS-eligible loans across all major property types. You will play a critical role in expanding the firm’s CRE lending footprint in Texas and nationally, leveraging both internal advisor channels and external relationships to build a strong, scalable pipeline. What You’ll Do Originate and execute CRE loans (CMBS focus) across multifamily, office, retail, industrial, hospitality, and self-storage Build and maintain a robust pipeline through borrowers, brokers, and internal advisor networks Partner closely with financial advisors and private bankers to source proprietary opportunities Structure loans aligned with CMBS underwriting standards and securitization strategy Present transactions to internal credit committees and senior leadership Monitor market trends, spreads, and competitive dynamics across the CRE lending landscape 8–15+ years of experience in commercial real estate lending / origination Demonstrated track record of closing CRE loans across asset classes and deal sizes Strong credit and structuring expertise within CMBS or institutional lending frameworks Highly relationship-driven with success working alongside advisors, brokers, and intermediaries Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment Willingness to travel across Texas and key markets to drive origination #J-18808-Ljbffr Russell Tobin
