Key Responsibilities\n

As an integral member of our treatment team, your responsibilities will encompass:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and determining appropriate interventions.

• Developing individualized treatment plans that feature evidence-based practices and a solution-focused approach. You'll tailor clinical strategies to address each client’s unique needs.

• Providing therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), effectively guiding clients towards achieving their treatment goals.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical records and documentation, adhering to HIPAA compliance and ethical standards, while ensuring confidentiality at all times.

• Participating in collaborative treatment planning sessions with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to provide comprehensive, interdisciplinary care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

For this full-time position, we offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
