Summary: Non-licensed member of the health team whose main responsibility is to transport and discharge patients to their appropriate destinations. Other functions include dispatching for the department, equipment maintenance and performance of basic life support (BLS) in an emergency situation. Demonstrates the ability to work independently.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Nonessential: HS Graduate or Equivalent GED
- Credentials: Essential: Basic Life Support
- Experience: Essential: Transport related six months
- Facility: BayCare Health System, Cardiac Admissions and Recovery-Mease Countryside Hospital
Location: Safety Harbor, FL
Status: Full Time, Exempt: No
Shift Hours: 10 hour shift rotation 6am-4:30pm and 8am-6:30pm.
Weekend Work: None
On Call: No
