Corporate Accountant

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000 plus bonus, and it comes with benefits, including medical, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance. The ideal candidate brings deep accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with modern finance platforms (QuickBooks, Bill.com, Rippling), and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES General Ledger & Accounting Prepare and post journal entries including QuickBooks transaction support Prepare monthly bank reconciliations Manage Management Company invoicing to portfolio companies and maintain accounts receivable tracking Maintain fixed asset schedules including tracking and depreciation calculations Process payroll journal entries in coordination with the outsourced payroll administrator Contribute to the monthly close process, including fund allocations, receivables, and close checklist completion Assist with fund expense allocation analysis and Management Company policies & controls Serve as Finance team liaison to the Impact team for carbon accounting and ESG reporting Assist with external reviews, including tax compliance and annual audit Accounts Payable & Spend Management Own end-to-end invoice processing and vendor onboarding in Bill.com across the Management Company and Funds Manage Travel & Expense policy administration within Rippling Spend Manage and approve employee expenses, card controls and monthly reportingNegotiate and perform monthly reconciliation of the corporate airline account Support payment approval workflows and ensure timely, accurate AP processing QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of accounting or finance experience. Experience within investment management, private equity, venture capital, or a multi-entity organization is a plus but not required. Proficiency with QuickBooks; hands-on experience with Bill.com and Rippling strongly preferred Solid understanding of general ledger accounting, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable processes High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with cross-functional stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required #J-18808-Ljbffr
