Job Overview Conviva Primary Care, a subsidiary of Humana Inc., seeks a primary care physician for our Deerfield Beach, Florida clinic. The model focuses on senior‑focused primary care with a versatile approach and dives into social determinants that affect health outcomes. Responsibilities As a Primary Care Physician you will report to the Associate Medical Director and work onsite in person. Responsibilities include outpatient medicine, continuity of care, health maintenance, disease prevention, maintaining medical history and records, referring patients to specialists, and influencing department strategy. You will determine goals and work independently on moderately complex to complex issues. A day in the life: Monday‑Friday 8:00 am‑5:00 pm Join an experienced team with an established patient panel See 12‑15 patients per day, with 45‑minute appointments available Spend 100 % of your time clinically focused on direct patient care This role is part of Humana/Senior Bridge’s Tuberculosis screening program; TB screening will be required if selected. Qualifications Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine Board Certified or Board Eligible in Geriatric Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine Valid, unrestricted state license (or willing to obtain) Current, unrestricted DEA license Preferred Qualifications Minimum two years of relevant experience One year managing a Medicare Advantage panel of patients Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and coverage Knowledge of HEDIS quality indicators Fluent in Spanish and English Compensation & Benefits Scheduled weekly hours: 40. Pay range: $255,000 - $298,500 per year, subject to location and individual experience. Eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
