- Lead core financial functions with direct visibility to executive leadership
- Join a stable, growth-focused aviation organization with national impact
- Play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and audit readiness
- Contribute to process improvements in a collaborative, on-site team
- Cash Flow Oversight – Monitor daily cash activity, prepare short-term cash forecasts, and escalate discrepancies to leadership.
- Financial Reporting – Create and review monthly and quarterly reports; assist in year-end close activities.
- Budgeting & Forecasting – Partner with department leads to gather budget data, track performance, and provide variance analysis.
- Audit Support – Coordinate external audit efforts and prepare documentation for tax, insurance, and retirement plan audits.
- Process Improvements – Identify ways to enhance efficiency through updated accounting practices and systems.
- Ad-Hoc Analysis – Deliver financial insights and reports in response to management needs.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting/ERP systems
- Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles
- Ability to work effectively under deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsible for supervising selected finance personnel, which may include:
- Accounts Payable Specialist
- Accounts Receivable Specialist
- Payroll Specialist
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience is preferred
- CPA or CMA certification is a plus
- Familiarity with Acumatica ERP software
