Yakshna Solutions, Inc is seeking a highly qualified Billing Technician to join our team on the Comptroller IT Support (CITS) program at Vandenberg AFB, California. The CITS program manages payroll in the Job Order Cost Accounting System (JOCAS). Qualifications: Validate JOCAS bills submitted to DFAS and process bills accordingly. Reconcile processed bills when billing errors are identified and work with DFAS to correct them. Collaborate with JOCAS and RBA teams to resolve billing issues. Perform quality assurance validation on customer accounting lines. Retrieve CRIS and Gross Order reports, research old pending bills, and submit corrected bills to DFAS for posting. Associate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance. 1-3 years of professional experience in the field or related area, or equivalent training and experience. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Must be a US Citizen. Additional duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Desired: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline. Experience working with government entities is preferred but not required.
