The Team Lead, Program Management is responsible for leading and developing a team of Program Managers while overseeing the successful execution of customer programs throughout the product lifecycle. As a hands-on leader, this role manages key programs directly and ensures that customer requirements, project milestones, quality objectives, and financial targets are achieved.
