We're preparing to launch a new summer menu and are looking for cooks who take pride in consistency, organization, and executing at a high level during service. Responsibilities Prepare and execute menu items to recipe and presentation standards Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked station Follow prep lists and daily production tasks Work efficiently during busy service periods Communicate effectively with chefs and teammates Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures Assist with receiving, storage, and kitchen organization Requirements Previous restaurant kitchen experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and consistency Reliable transportation and attendance Positive attitude and willingness to learn Sunday availability is required Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Compensation Competitive pay based on experience.
