An established firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support our attorneys in managing construction and business dispute cases. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple matters efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and manage pleadings, discovery, and legal correspondence.

• Conduct legal research and summarize findings.

• Assist attorneys in case strategy, trial preparation, and document organization.

• Coordinate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.

• Maintain case files and track deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of litigation paralegal experience.

• Strong background in construction and business disputes.

• Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
