Litigation Law Paralegal

I am seeking 3-8 years’ Litigation Paralegal in Pittsburgh, PA.
Salary will be based on the candidate’s experience and other job-related factors, in accordance with applicable law.

We are seeking a Legal Secretary to join the Litigation practice group in our Harrisburg office. The associate will work closely with shareholders and Paralegals in Family Law and General Law practice areas on the full spectrum of clients. On-Site

Three (3) or more years of experience as a Paralegal/Legal Assistant
Experience with state filings and familiarity with various county and prothonotary websites.
Support attorneys and paralegals on administrative items including receiving and opening mail. Distributing the mail to the appropriate attorneys and paralegals.
Paralegal certificate or degree- is a plus
Solid writing and editing skills with a focus on developing thoughtful and persuasive messaging
Experience with state filings and familiarity with various county and prothonotary websites.
Strong organizational, time management, and project management mindset
Support attorneys and paralegals on administrative items including receiving and opening mail. Distributing the mail to the appropriate attorneys and paralegals.
Transcription of dictation for some attorneys for correspondence including letters to clients, engagement letters, and memos to clients and client files.
Experience with Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, Word, and other software
Maintain attorney’s calendars by setting appointments, coordinating schedules, and setting up meetings, pleadings, electronic filing.
Answer phones and communicating with courts and prothonotaries.
Draft and review legal correspondence. Salary commensurate with candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
