Litigation paralegal job description:

• Interact and maintain client communication
• Legal research
• Oversee litigation matters
• Draft motions, pleadings, notices, and correspondence
• Trial, arbitration, and deposition preparation
• Prepare trial exhibits

Litigation paralegal job requirements:

• 3+ years of paralegal experience
• Active notary preferred but not required
• Preferred experience with ironworkers, boilermaker, steelworkers
