Medical Education Specialist

Compensation Expected starting pay: $25.82 - $32.28 per hour. Pay is based on experience, skills, and equity. Additional pay (e.g., shift, on‑call, weekend differentials) may apply. Annual pay may vary based on FTE status. Job Responsibilities Media Maintenance: demonstrate skills in various software applications; create tables, charts, and forms; manage electronic files and databases related to trainee educational activities. Tracking: organize department records; work with outside vendors; plan and oversee special events, conferences, and symposiums; cross‑trained to cover other general support positions. Training: maintain trainee files; compile data for reporting requirements; ensure compliance with trainee program requirements and mandatory training; monitor license renewals. Budgeting: assist in budget maintenance and billing; submit financial information electronically; process HR forms; reconcile accounts; validate accuracy of revenue and expense information. Marketing: assess website accuracy; update content monthly; develop new website content; support recruitment information strategy. Accreditation: manage at least two accredited programs and 12+ resident/fellow positions; support centralized organizational accreditation activities. Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred: TAGME certification.
