We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Tampa, FL.As a Travel Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of travel arrangements for our clients, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free travel experience. This includes booking flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and any other necessary arrangements. You will also be responsible for managing travel budgets, negotiating rates with vendors, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and book all aspects of travel arrangements for clients, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportationMonitor and manage travel budgets to ensure cost-effective solutions for clientsNegotiate rates and contracts with vendors to secure the best deals for our clientsProvide exceptional customer service to clients, responding promptly to any inquiries or issues that may arise during their travelsMaintain accurate records and documentation of all travel arrangements and expensesCollaborate with other team members to ensure seamless coordination of travel logisticsStay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in travel regulations to ensure compliance with all policies and proceduresProvide support and assistance to clients during their travels, including troubleshooting any travel-related issuesContinuously seek ways to improve and streamline our travel logistics processes to enhance the overall client experienceQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in travel coordination or a similar roleExcellent organizational and time-management skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and travel booking softwareKnowledge of travel regulations and industry trendsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsCustomer service-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service to clientsIf you are a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for travel, we would love to hear from you.
