The successful candidate should have previous experience in customer service, developing client relationships, and have excellent follow-up. The Customer Service Representative will work closely with the Service Manager and the rest of the Service Drive team. We do not test for marijuana or THC. Responsibilities: Assist clients with inquiries, both over the phone and in person. Assist clients with appointment scheduling. Collects payment from clients using a variety of payment methods. Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions. Supports internal staff to ensure repair orders are properly closed out. Account for all business and close out deposits. Expected to adhere to the service process and cashiering guide. Maintains a friendly and welcoming demeanor with all clients. Utilizes excellent judgement on when and who to refer clients to for more information. Expected to complete and maintain factory certification and factory trainings as directed and in the timeframe established by their direct supervisor. Requirements: No experience needed – on the job training available. Hiring immediately! Six months of experience in a customer-service related field is preferred but not required. High school diploma or GED required. Basic math and cash handling skills are required. Excellent conflict resolution and client management skills preferred. A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service. Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment. Ability to follow instructions with a positive attitude.
