01 The Job

The Church Partnerships Marketing Manager will work directly in step with the Prophetic Ministry Partnerships team and with the overarching Church Activation team. Strong marketing skills are needed to set strategy, create, execute, and integrate with multiple internal and external partners. This unique person will have both extensive marketing expertise and execution as well as a heart, experience and a passion for the domestic churches and pastors.

In this role, you will focus on reaching and activating churches and pastors through a wide range of channels: in person, digital, main stage, curated lunches and other B2B pastor meetings. In this role, you will be responsible for the B2B event marketing and experience that invites these leaders into relationship and ultimately long-term church partnership with World Vision. You will gain first-hand experience and context while serving on this small & critical team, traveling up to 25%, where you will be part of WV's presence at events (executing lobby set up, mainstage support, tear down and other event needs) while getting high quality pastor leads. You will also be responsible for creating digital and written marketing communications: promoting pastor resources, writing Calls to Action and creating materials for the live events.

We work throughout the US engaging with gatherings of pastors building relationships, providing pastoral resources, bringing awareness & fresh perspective and ultimately partnering with them to together to help transform the lives of children & communities in the most fragile and vulnerable contexts in our world.

As Church Partnerships Marketing Manager, you will manage assigned fundraising program(s) or significant portions of fundraising program(s) with responsibility to ensure that business goals and timelines are met. You will help carry out our Christian organization's mission, vision and strategies. • Keep Christ central in our individual and corporate lives. Attend and participate in the leadership of devotions, weekly Chapel services, and regular prayer.

• Manage assigned fundraising program(s) or oversee significant components of larger fundraising programs. Help ensure that monetary and acquisition goals are achieved or exceeded.

• Ensure internal and external partners have the information and resources they need on a timely basis.

• Advise appropriate parties regarding schedule and deadlines related to assigned fundraising program(s) and ensure adherence to the WVUS marketing calendar.

• Partner effectively with WVUS staff and external vendors in the development of compelling and relevant marketing collateral.

• Develop and manage program budget(s).

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Work collaboratively with team members when assigned to work as a member of a team.

• Keep informed of organizational announcements, activities and changes via regular reading of the WVUS Intranet and other corporate communication tools.

04 You Bring

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field or equivalent work experience (eight years) plus a minimum of five years of experience in marketing, fundraising or related area.

05 Salary Range & Benefits The full range for this position is $64,117.30 - $98,616.96 annually. This applies to locations with a market similar to our U.S. HQ in the Greater Seattle area. A different range may apply based on your work location. Typical hiring range is $68,000 - $80,000 annually. Job offers within the range are based on relevant job qualifications and pay equity.
