Support Analyst

Pay Range - $20 - $25/ Hour

Work Setup: Hybrid – 3 day onsite

Duration: 6-month contract

Shift: Standard business hours

Role Overview: The selected candidate will support the Colleague Care / IT Support team and will be responsible for:

• Handling IT support escalations
• Monitoring and updating service tickets
• Coordinating with internal and external IT teams
• Supporting onboarding activities for new employees and interns
• Delivering high-quality customer support in a fast-paced environment

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of Help Desk / Customer Service experience
• Minimum 2 years in IT support or IT service roles
• Strong understanding of IT support processes and ticketing systems
• Familiarity with ITIL principles
• Experience with technologies and enterprise support environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• ITIL certification is preferred
