Franchise Ops Leader: Growth, Training & Brand Excellence

Wendy's International

Wendy's International is seeking an Operations Lead to provide expertise and leadership in franchise management and operational excellence. This role involves conducting evaluations, ensuring adherence to brand standards, and driving growth strategies. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree, five plus years of experience in operations, and be bilingual in English and Spanish. The role offers a remote work option when not on-site at Wendy's locations. This position also demands a travel requirement of 60%.
