This role is ideal for someone with strong technical accounting skills who is ready to step into a visible and impactful position. Reporting to the CFO, you’ll manage core accounting functions, contribute to financial reporting, and support internal controls and compliance. What You’ll Do Manage daily accounting tasks: GL, A/P, A/R, bank reconciliations, and cash management. Perform and support month-end and year-end close processes. Prepare and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reports. Assist with external audit preparation and support compliance with GAAP. Collaborate with HR on payroll-related entries and reporting. Contribute to process improvements and implement accounting best practices. Work closely with leadership on financial strategy and operational insights. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. 6+ years of accounting experience; leadership exposure or desire to grow into a leadership role. Strong understanding of accrual accounting, GAAP, and financial reporting. Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or distribution preferred. Proficient in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, ERP systems, etc.). #J-18808-Ljbffr
